The YOGA I practice is more on physical movement or poses. Nothing to do with mentera mentera yang kena baca. Start yoga lepas tengok Daphne Iking punya poses dekat insta dia. Truely inspired. Start by install Daily Yoga App in my S2.
At first, Forward Bend poses. Dahi jauh gila dari lutut.now after like 10 yoga session, lagi 3-4 cm je nak bersentuhan antara dahi dan lutut. You will be more flexible. If you did yoga poses without proper breathing teknik, it was like you did nothing than just a pose.

The breathing teknik called Pranayama Breathing. Inhale with you nose and exhale through your mouth. Tapi you need to inhale and kembangkan abdomen. Bukan chest je naik. Exhale pun keluarkan semua udara dengan kempiskan perut. Sebenarnya pelbagai lagi teknik pernafasan yang ada. Tapi this is one of it and common breathing teknik la.

Know what I benefit from the Yoga poses? Flexibility, fresh. Satu lagi yang extreme perasan, naik tangga tak mengah lagi. Perasan sebab apa tau. Naik tangga bersama orang kurus dan orang kurus sangat mengah dan aku cool je tak mengah. Sebab sambil naik tangga, aku practice Pranayama Breathing tu juga.
